May 22, 2023i have the same issue running sab in docker on a synology 1515+ nas. After a dsm update rendered my sab install useless, i installed sab in docker and have found the download.

"download speed limited by cpu (888x)", meaning 888 times the cpu was the bottleneck. Make sure sab is not downloading. It could be that a previous download failed but is still in your temporary folder, and for every new download it's trying to repair that old download.
