Jan 30, 2013please i have canon machine ir3100cn and this error code e000021-0003 has being appearing on it. Can anyone help with this error code. Switch the main power switch off then on in order to clear the status code.
Aug 13, 2010i have what i think is a very minor problem with a fax unit on an mx-c311 but i'm not sure because i havent been able to find what the status code means. Mc210 code 12 this time it was the cyan developer that was bound-up.
