I would assume a redfin agent is probably a newer agent willing to take the presumably lower but steadier income for the experience. But it will also come with an increased work load from redfin on.

Been looking at homes online for a while now, mostly via zillow, and have recently tried redfin out. I like redfin's app much better, and i find their search filters to be slightly more.
